First, I must apologize for not posting my cookie recipe when I said I would. We made nearly 800 cookies that were passed out to family, friends, and those in need. After kneading the dough for 800 and cutting out circles for 800, I never want to look at a cookie again. I couldn't even bring myself to look at the pictures I took. However, I still want to share this yummy recipe with you so I will pull it together and post again tonight. Or sometime this week. haha.
